Hara Museum of Contemporary Art[View Images]
The Hara Museum was founded as a contemporary art museum for the introduction of the most cutting-edge culture, covering art, design, architecture, music and dance. Built in the style of European modernism of the 1930s (the building was originally designed by Jin Watanabe and completed in 1938), the museum is a rare example of early Showa architecture.
