The portfolio currently includes over 2,000 specimens of all groups of organisms, from invertebrates such as sponges, cnidarians, different groups of worm-like animals, molluscs, crustaceans, spiders and insects to vertebrates. The specimens come from all regions of the earth. Will be shown next Leuckart wall charts and historical furniture, various models of wax, glass and paper mache. Many specimens of the zoological collection are still used today in various courses for the training of biologists and physicians.
