                                 Museum Features

  • Large apparatus room with various unique fire engines
  • Fully restored and operational Gamewell alarm headquarters donated by the city of Johnstown, Pennsylvania
  • Video Presentation Area
  • 1867 parade carriage, called the "Jennie Cameron," won in a contest by the Hope Steam Engine Co. 2, which raised the most money for the Civil War monument.
  • Hundreds of items on display ranging from firefighters' tools to fancy parade helmets, belts, uniforms and other interesting items too numerous to mention.
  • Extensive stovepipe parade hat collection from the 18th and 19th centuries.
