In the meantime café-restaurant Dijkers offers you a second coffee for free when you show your entrance ticket to the Frans Hals Museum. They also have a special lunch offer with soup or sandwich and a drink for € 7,50. Dijkers is located at Warmoesstraat 7 - about 5 minutes walking distance from the museum
