Sans Souci means "without care" or "no worries." The 1,200 square foot facility adjacent to Parc Sans Souci is intimate, yet stimulating. The gallery is housed in one of Lafayette's oldest structures. Built between 1885 and 1886, the building has had many uses - including a pecan buyer's store, an overnight inn, a post office and the Sans Souci bookstore, its namesake. The space was restored in 2001 to house the works of guild members.
